play grid is operated by Play Grid LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, selling made-to-order board game organizers and related 3d-printable files. these terms form a binding agreement between you and Play Grid LLC ("play grid", "we", "us").

if you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or place an order.

you must be at least 16 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to purchase from us. you may check out as a guest or create an account.

if you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

we sell physical organizers that are printed to order, as well as digital 3d-print files. images and descriptions are for reference; small variations in colour, finish, and dimensions may occur.

an order is confirmed only once payment is authorised. we may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud.

prices are shown in your local currency where available, converted from our usd catalogue price. the amount actually charged is shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.

payments are processed securely by stripe; we never store your full card details. you authorise us to charge the total shown at checkout, including shipping.

physical items are printed to order and typically ship 3–5 business days after the order is placed. delivery times vary by destination.

import duties or taxes may apply on delivery depending on your country, and are your responsibility.

digital 3d-print files are licensed to you, not sold. you may print them for your own personal, non-commercial use.

you may not resell, share, redistribute, or sell prints made from our files without our written permission.

physical products are made to order. if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will repair, replace, or refund it.

digital products — downloadable 3d-print files and custom-painted studio designs — are delivered instantly and are non-refundable, except where required by law.

all content on the site — designs, models, text, and graphics — belongs to play grid or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

you may not copy, modify, or use our content except as expressly permitted by these terms.

you agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

the site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law; we do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

to the extent permitted by law, play grid is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

we may update these terms from time to time. the "last updated" date shows when they last changed; continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
